The chain and rear wheel of a city bike

Overview

Good bikes, a brand that looked like a hobby.

Halt had a loyal following among commuters, but the name, the logo and the shop had grown one piece at a time. Nothing looked like it came from the same company.

We gave the brand one voice and one system, then designed a website where choosing a bike takes three questions instead of twenty.

Challenge

Sell a bike to people who have never bought one online.

Most buyers want to touch a bike before they pay for it. The site had to answer every doubt, from frame size to delivery, before anyone asked.

Three questions, one bike, delivered ready to ride.
